Compatibility Map

The Compatibility Map is a structural diagnostic for intimate relationships. You run it on a relationship you're in, a relationship you left and still cannot read, or someone you're evaluating now. It tells you whether this relationship can hold real depth, where the charge will top out, and what will break when pressure arrives.

The work runs on two operations. Containment is the capacity to hold: ground, center, boundary, direction. Flow is the capacity to move: movement, opening, responsiveness. Every person runs both. Most people are stronger in one. When two architectures meet under load, what they produce together is the structural signature of the relationship.

Most relationship problems are structural. They are incompatibilities no amount of processing will resolve. The argument that keeps finding you across years. The partner whose qualities first drew you in, then became the exact thing you cannot reach. The plateau that holds no matter how much work either of you does. These have structural reasons. Without the architecture in view, you misread them.

You work through the map. The map does the thinking. What you have at the end is a structural verdict, an engineering read on what this architecture will produce and where it will top out.
