Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

All products sold through Yeshuani (yeshuani.org) are digital downloads, including PDF documents, audio files, and interactive workbooks. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, the transaction is complete. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital purchases.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, contact us at yeshuanigardens@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your files.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate transaction. We will review the request and issue a refund for the duplicate purchase if confirmed.
